We paid Eastern Home Improvements $12,000 to replace our roof in January of 2005. A couple of weeks after we had chosen a style, color and manufacturer, we were told by Allan Quinlan they couldn't get it anymore and he would give us a different manufacturer but the same style and color. He said it was 'far superior' than what we had agreed on and he wouldn't charge us any more for it. I figured that they were the professionals and were backing up with a good warrantee and I checked the new manufacturer online and all is well.
