It took me 3 hours and $130 just to get a flat tire replaced on my car ($90 for the tire + $40 in service fees). When I first showed up there were no empty seats in the waiting room, but within an hour I was the only customer there and yet it still took them another two hours just to replace my tire! They also didn't have my current tires in stock, so they replaced it with their ""identical"" in-house model, which oddly was $30 more expensive.
Pros: Reasonably courteous staff
Cons: Long wait, high prices
