My family is moving to a different dental group; we will never use Rose Dental again. Over the years we have experienced rude behavior from some of the office staff and unsympathetic behavior from some of the dental assistants. Also, BEWARE that they will not inform you if your insurance goes out of net work, and they will require you to pay the entire amount for dental work, even if they had given you an estimate showing insurance paying half!
