“Photographer doesn't deliver.”

Hired to do granddaughter's wedding. Did good job at wedding, got proofs, my grandaughter returned her order, which is paid in full. Haven't seen nor heard from MS. Byron since. Months! Ignores calls, emails, no contact whatsoever. Was highly recommended, sorry to see my granddaughter so upset over fact she may never see her photos. Hope good explanation for ignoring clients. Better yet, if no photos, hope she's prepared for further action. My daughter rechecked website, no recent testimonials, years old. Pros: Seemed to be good photographer, lots of proofs. Cons: Very expensive but came highly recommended, no contact with client, no finished product going on year soon
