I recently had my rugs cleaned in the plant and the information was very useful that the technician took the time out to explain. I'm so thankful that the urine damage from my cat was attended to in as best as a way as it could have been done, I was convinced my rugs where done for. They brought them back to life!! My Husband and I are in love with our rugs again!!
