This is our favorite hotel to stay when in this area. It located on a bluff overlooking the ocean, just beautiful. The grounds reflect the natural environment, feels and looks like a natural reserve. There steps that lead down to the beach or you can climb the rocks down.The rooms are very nice, we had a fireplace, the room is very clean and orderly. There is a board walk attached as part of the inn with little shops to get gifts, movies, moonstone. The restaurant is excellent. No need to leave this area if you don't want. However there is lots to do in San Simeo and Cambria. Hearst Castle and the elephant seals would be two items to check out. Highly recommend a visit here.
