The salon itself is inviting and calm, their level of service is great, and the stylists are always welcoming and friendly. The salon experience with Michele was like going to a good friend to get your hair done: she listened to my concerns and wants as we discussed what I wanted, she was talkative and interesting, and definitely developed an environment that I keep coming back for almost a year later. From the beneficial referral service to the neighborhood atmosphere to the amazing color job she does, she has transformed my hair into something I very often get complimented on, and wear down with pride. I am excited for my upcoming appointment, and completely trust her to cut/color/style me as she feels would look best on me.
