I was really happy when I first called Frank to make my appointment, he was very nice and had a great professional attitude. But when I showed up for my appointment, not only was the store closed, there was no sign up for why it was closed, no note saying he'll be back, and when I called his number no answer. I left a voicemail asking him to call me back, and I never heard back. I'm not giving my business to someone who obviously doesn't care if he stays in business or not. I'm surprised he's been around for so long!
