Do not go to them to book anything. Our experience there was horrible. They did the whole ""bait and switch"" method most sneaky tour agencies use. They bait us with a good tour, make us pay, then switch the tour itinerary last minute without notifying us without giving us back any refunds! \r
We had to take time to take them to court. They lied in court which was extremely unprofessional of them, but in the end, we won. \r
In conclusion, they do a disturbingly poor job in trying to fulfill their obligation as a tour agency. They should get their license revoked.
Pros: At first, they had pretty good tour packages until we found out the one we got was non-existent.
Cons: Bad customer service (hung up on us several times), ""bait and switch"" method, broke verbal contract.
