Horrible!!!! After being a loyal customer for over TEN YEARS (and thousands of $ in cleaning), two of my garments were lost. The owner Chris yelled at me, accused me of lying and would not compensate me for the lost garments. I am so disappointed about the way I was treated. I would NEVER recommend and NEVER return! MY TRUE RATING....ZERO STARS.
Cons: staff is not friendly - dishonest management
