I went for a cut, color, and highlights twice. I won't mention this stylist?s name. Both times I felt rushed. The appointments are scheduled too close together and he has customers waiting for 20 minutes while he is finishing my hair. I have to say, the end result after the first haircut was good - that's the only reason I didn't give this review just one star. The last time I went, my appointment was at 3:30. By the time he was finished with my color and highlights it was 5:00 and he hadn't even started cutting my hair. He spent a few minutes rushing through the cut because his 5:00 appointment was waiting. He started hair spraying as if he was done with the cut. He didn't ask me what I thought or if I was satisfied with it at all. I was not. When I asked him to fix a couple areas that I wanted touched up he told me, ""Honey, I don't have time. I have my 5:00 appointment waiting, so come back next week if you want it fixed"". Excuse me?!! Needless to say, I won't be returning. The salon could use a little updating, as well. It's dated and not very aesthetically pleasing.
