A couple of months ago I had Northshore Pest Control come out to look in our attic after I heard something scurring around upstairs. A tech came out and checked everything out. He put some bait out in the attic and I was charged $100. A little steep in my opinion, but about average after I made phone calls to other local exterminators. About two weeks later the scratching and scurring returned. I called NSPC and he sent a second tech out for a follow-visit. Since my last appt was less than 30 days prior, I was given a discount and the tech came out and threw out more bait for only $40. He set a live trap for a $75 refundable deposit. The tech, Jerome, was friendly and very informative. They seem like good old fashioned, trustworthy people. I would call them again if I needed it.
