I ordered from Ollies while staying in Manhattan for business. I was on hold for almost 10 minutes before I was able to place my order, and had to repeat everything atleast twice. The person taking my order didnt simply ask me to repeat what I had just said, but semi-screamed ""what??"" with a nasty tone... I admit I am from Texas, but my accent is not that bad... I pre-paid via credit card over the phone. \r

About 45 minutes later the food arrived, and the driver could not understand that I had already paid and kept insisting I pay him with ""cash only"". After me showing him my credit card and gesturing repeatedly with my hand against my head to represent ""phone"", he finally said ok and left.\r

The chicken I got was very sinewy, fatty, chewy, and pretty bland... very sub standard airport style chinese food. All in all, a bad taste was left in my mouth all the way around.
