I had purchased a bracelet from zales online that broke in two days. The guarantee stated that returns could be taken to a Zales Store. I went to: Zales 11700 Princeton Pike # C11 Cincinnati, OH 45246
The sales person I dealt with was extremely rude and became belligerent when I declined to purchase the Extended Service Plan on the broken piece. She did not want to accept the purchase confirmation receipt sent to my e-mail from zales and would not exchange the bracelet for an identical one in their showcase.
