Nice office, expensive taste!!. They have a very nasty policy in charging a $40.00 for "" failed appointment fee"" when in reality is a re-schedule same day appointment. Please revise your policy, or you will loose patients... I been myself in the medical field for over 30 years, and never seen such RIDICULOUS POLICY. I will like to see them paying us the same fee when the cards turns, and is "" THEIR"" turn to cancel or reschedule our appointment due to THEIR own emergency...... Face it, you should not charge your patients this fee, not when they call the same day to reschedule, only if they failed without any notice or warning ahead of time. I will take my business to someone else who will understand, and value me as a person, not as a set of GOLD TEETH MONEY OPPORTUNIST!
