I've lived in the Clifton area for around 6 years. Since this is the closest autozone location it was usually my first stop for oil change supplies and other small repairs. However time after time the service was horrible. It seemed like everytime I went in (weekends or evenings) the staff was short handed or super busy. At times the employees weren't even able to answer the phones, let alone check people out. Seems like a managment problem to me, especially considering the store itself looks constantly in disarray. I've stopped going here for my parts needs and now shop at the Advance Auto on Spring Grove. It amazes me this location can turn a profit or stay in business period.
