The selection would be good if all of the videos weren't already checked out. The people that work there are total a-holes. Yesterday I went in with a ILLEGAL BURNED DVD that they had rented out to me, and when told them that the dvd didn't work their response was, ""well you probably have a cheap dvd player"". When I replied, ""well I do, but who cares? Every other video I have rented from here has always worked,"" Ian, the guy that works there, told me as rudely as possible, ""well are you trying to get a free credit or something?"" I thought that was completely uncalled for for him to be such a d!ck to me. Also, about six months ago I asked where I could find Immortal Beloved and they said, ""In the trash"". So! If you don't want to be treated like your business isn't valued then don't go to I Luv Video.
