I tried to call about a debt that I was a secondary on from 2003 to get a break down of the charges and the payments, the girl said there was a $25 returned check fee on the account. I said why wasn't I notified 5 years ago when I paid it? She had no answer and said she would call me back which she did not do. So I called back a few hours later to see what was going on she immediately transferred me to the operations manager who was so rude and said he would not send me anything til I paid the $25. I told him I would pay if he would send me the breakdown I had requested he said that it was so old the original information was purged but I still had to pay. I asked if he was the owner and to speak with someone above him and he said no one could help me with what I needed and then hung up on me. This company was very unprofessional and rude.
