I called up for an appointment and was given to someone named Dana. When I met her I was shocked by her overall appearance. She was not stylish and unprofessional. I was shocked that she worked at a place like Regis. I just need a simple cut (light layers and 1/2 inch trim on the ends). Dana did a horrible job! She gave me choppy layers that did not blend well together. While she cut my hair, her hands were trembling. It took her almost 2 hours for her to do my hair. She clearly did not know how to cut my hair. To finish it off, she had no idea how to dry my hair. I left the hair salon completely dissatisfied with Dana. I will never return to that salon. Beware of someone named Dana.
