I was in the store when the following customer was in the store. I know the owner personally and this is not the situation at all. The customer was given all information of the paper given and given 3 proofs. After given the final product, she realized her mistakes, in which The Chicks redid once for no charge. This is poor leadership her her part, as this was for a school function. This was a lack of communication for this young girl. I would recommend this business to all people, young and old, as the owner and manager are always there to satisfy there customer. I have done all my invites with the chicks including my wedding and now my baby announcements. I would recommend to all.
