Judge Devon Anderson doesn't know how to be fair. She definately uses her personal feelings instead of a sound mind. I sat through a preceeding where she let the Assistant District Attorney get away with whatever he wanted, while she shut down the Defense Lawyer at every possible turn. There was one point where the defense lawyer presented paperwork to her and she actually threw (as hard as she could) the papers at him and nailed him in the face with the papers instead of handing him back the papers. Is that how we expect our judges to act in the courtroom. She is lucky that I was only a spectator and not a juror becuase there is no way I would have convicted the man on trial at the time. Even based on the evidence I would not have convicted, but her attitude would have made it a done deal for me not to convict.
