Tops is a great place - whether it??????s for breakfast, dinner, or at 3 AM for a late night snack. The food is great and the portions are huge. The service is great and the food always comes fast. There are so many choices on the menu. The desserts are world famous, and there is even a bar in the place. It??????s just as much a restaurant as it is a diner with it??????s many different entrees - from burgers to salads to fish and steak! It??????s all great!
