I hired Ridgefield Glass to do a job at my house. Their worker broke my glass shower enclosure, he apologized and said that they would pay to replace the broken panel.
Two days later the owner called to give me a price for the replacement glass!!
I told him that they should fix what they broke, he told me that there is always an implied risk when working with glass.
I have glass in my shower, in my tub, on the floor and now I have to take them to court to get them to pay for the glass they broke! This is just unbelievable!!
