They don't buy anything back, add the gratuity onto you bill, and hope that you are drunk enough so that you won't notice.
They had no coat check last Friday and it was freezing and raining, but the manager was nice enough to take our coats and put in his office.
It was also cramped.
The bartenders aren't especially friendly but they apparently produced a sweet calendar.
