The doctors were okay, the clinic is nice and clean, however; I have had problems with a couple of the receptionists. One receptionist a while back was just plain rude, and the other problem is that I have been overcharged, consistently, for a supplement that I purchase there, regularly, for my dog every couple of months. The price would go up $6 at a time and Kelly, the now office manager, would always have an excuse for the price raise. They put the prices in the computer that they charged you last, and even though the item doesn't cost the amount you are charged, that is the amount they make you pay, plus more, whatever Kelly has in the computer under your name. I feel that Kelly is doing this to me, intentionally, and I am very disappointed that I have had to change vets and order the product online. Also, I had been a long-time customer there and Kelly charged me $14 to print out an estimate for a procedure. I think it is sad that this type of thing goes on, and I don't feel comfo
