I don't think they care a whole lot about small jobs. All I asked was for them to clean an Olefin area rug, of an oriental style. I delivered it to them at their location and picked it up myself. After keeping it two days longer than promised and not calling me when it was ready, I paid them $70 for a rug that I swear looks dirtier than when I took it in. The white fringe which never saw the light of day on one end was black from the dirty water oozing into it. The other end which got traffic was black and filthy all the way across. One of the reasons I took it to a professional was to get that one end clean, and it came back worse. I think the main problem is that not enough time was spent really cleaning it, but especially rinsing it.\r

I will not take the rug back to do over. I will not ask for my money back because they did spend the time trying to clean it, but I will not recommend them to people who need area rugs cleaned. I am going to have to take it to someone else and start
