I am so fed up with this place. The only reason I have seen them for the past 5 years, and they know my medical history. Well, I thought they did. One time, I was asked to come in to see the doctor for a routine letter she was to write. I had seen her the week before. When i asked why I had to come back in, they said because I haven't seen the doctor in 3 months. They had two charts on me, but the Doctor or her ""personal"" nurse did not remember me. I go if my going to the doctor is the last choice. I had to bring someone with me the last time because I do not feel the doctor actually listens to me. I had an ulcer brewing inside of me for12 months, not once did she catch it, when it finally ruptured and I had emergency surgery for it, she did not seem to care. It was life of death surgery!!! Finally this last time when I saw her, and brought someone with me, I had a plan. Just be firm, tell her what I need and hope she delivers. She did. Her nurses did not. They have had paperwork to fax for two weeks now, and still have not done it. They have called me and left messages before, and when I call back say they never called me. When I call to confirm some bloodwork, they say they alaready called me and told me. No wonder the turn around in that place. They are never able to keep the same doctors. I am looking for a new physcian,. and hopefully find one that cares.
