Katherine Bumbaugh is the best instructor I have had the privilage of working with - bar none. I keep trying other classes and they are either too hip, too ""24-hr fitness aerobic"", and/or they care nothing of postures/proper technique. Yoga Hmmm was all about balance of body mind and spirit. And technique was everything - not whether you could accomplish the pose in the minimal amount of time. I hope Yoga Hmmm, Katherine and her other instructors will consider opening another studio. Oh, how I miss you!\r
