My prescription was messed up and they were not willing to listen to my concerns. I was told to ""try to get used to them"" but the bifocal part is a half centimeter off on an angle - very obvious. Their in house lab made these and all I was told was see my doctor first then bring them back and we'll send them to another lab. Still can't see. Pros: they had frames I liked Cons: Hours not convenient for working people. more
