Let me start by saying, I am new to the Austin area and am not used to 'one-price' or 'discount dry cleaning'. So naturally, I was thrilled when I initially found out about Rick's Cleaners' pricing. I am a penny pincher, so this was perfect for me (or so it seemed)

Cons: Poor Quality in EVERY aspect
