I've never had a bad time at the Fulton, but it's definitely slipped in quality over the past couple of years. The Fulton was always a great neighborhood bar that made you feel at home, even if it was your first time there. The charm has seemed to fade for me. The selection of their draft beer is excellent, and pretty reasonably priced. The quality of their food is where the dropoff has occurred. Ownership has changed and the menu was adjusted accordingly, and not for the better.
