This company is also known as Beach Engraving. I wanted to use them recently to engrave some Christmas presents but when I called the girl answering the phone was very rude to me. She acted as if she was aggravated before she answered the phone. Very nasty! and rude! Didnt want to help me, didnt want to answer questions about engraving.
