Yes, the rates are good, yes there is art on the wall, yes someone offered me something to drink. This salon is *dirty*. It needs a good scrubbing and new paint to say the least. I had an appointment shortly after they opened, and there was no way that there could have been so much hair and dirt on the floor already. Immediately upon walking in I almost left because of the grime--but based on previous reviews, I thought I would still give it a go.
