The only good thing I can about this business is that it was clean. The work was absolutely horrible. I brought my glasses in to have a very very small area soldered around the top of the frame. John assured me that it was a small thing and he would have no problem doing this. He was quite pleasant in demeanor and I felt comfortable leaving my glasses in his care. I left my glasses and the work began, and boy did it begin. The initial color of the frame was chocolate and on pick up the side that was soldered was silver and patches of the other side that was not to be touched was patchy silver-you tell me? The frames were no longer flush and burn marks were on the inside and around the bridge. The lense on the side that was soldered was sticking out a little bit. When I questioned about the now two-toned "silver & chocolate", John made things worst by attempting to patronize me. What happened to customer service, not to mention customer is always right. John could have offered to take some amount off; he didn't. What he said was "sorry you don't like YOUR glasses". Well john, news flash, I loved MY glasses that's why I brought them in. I could go on and on, on what John could have, should have done but I think you get the picture. If you want quality work and excellant customer service/satisfaction, stay away from REEVE'S OPTICAL and JOHN.
