My experience in this complex has declined so rapidly that I advise anyone and everyone not to move here. The management company changed within the last year and its focus is definitely not on customer service. Too many times when I have called the apartment office during business hours either a recording comes on or I am forced to speak to the answering service. In addition, I have left messages to be called back twice the last two weeks and have yet to receive a call back. One month they errantly posted my rent check on someone elses apartment and then placed a notice on my door that I was being evicted. I moved out two months ago and couldn't be happier. Unfortunately, they have yet to return my deposit which clearly violates Texas law regarding security deposits. Again, I have left messages regarding this and no one has called me back. Looks like I might need to get a lawyer involved.
Pros: Location
Cons: Just about everything else. Rent too high for quality provided.
