I used Cyber Copy & Design to send 2 holiday packages on 12/17/08. I was verbally assured that the packages would arrive before christmas. After tracking the packages, I discovered that Cyber Copy & Design did not send my packages until 12/22/08.
The contents of the package were specific to christmas and due to the late shipment, the products are useless.
Between the cost of shipping, the box I purchased from Cyber Copy & Design I have wasted $100.
