Tattoos and Pierces- Stingray!
Monday, December 15, 2008
So, I'm a college student from Boston. I've always been into tattoos and pierces. When you look at me you'd think otherwise. However, if anyone is thinking of getting either a tattoo or piercing I suggest you go to Stingray, these people know exactly what they are doing. In the past two years I know have 5 tattoos. The first one I ever got was a small little writing just because I was still a bit nervous. Now I have a huge tattoo on my back that is barely a month old.
If you are into pierces GO THERE. The place is really clean which is excellent for both tattoo and piercing hygiene. Again, in the past 2 years I've gotten a total of 10 pierces. No they are not obvious but believe me they are there. That piercer is incredibly skilled, Abby and knows what she is doing. She also helps prepare you when she is about to stick the needle.
The tattoo artists I can't even start with that. They are just great and friendly and they will do what you ask and even give suggestions as to what would be better. They are all wonderful in their own particular field and even if they do something they are not used to tattooing they still do a hell of a good job, I can't complain.
The atmosphere is just great I even bring the dog at the store section where they have the lizard, everything is laidback and chill. As for one of the reviews from above who said the atmosphere wasn't good, she probably just met the "chihuahua girl" she's little, annoying, and rude. The artists and I have talked stuff about her, they don't even like her much either. If she's there with the short hair and glasses don't pay attention just make fun of her ignorant self and you'll have the best time of your life, haha I know I did, 2 tattoo artists and I were just talking junk about how rude she is and they need to fire her.
It's a great place give it a shot. At least go to the shop to just look around and have your opinion on it after all it's what you care that counts. I love that place.
Pros: great artists
Cons: the "chihuahua girl"
