I purchased a pure bred boxer..he went to this vet many times within a 6 month time for I kept up with shots and all he needed. I purchased the puppy package that included the microchip implant. a few weeks ago my dog was missing, i contacted the vet to inform and verify that chip had been placed, they said i was to inform them to place the chip. I became upset due to it was part of the package i purchased and they should know what was included. then they informed me that in an error in their part the chip was not put in. i was very upset, and still am. i paid to have the chip and they didnt comply. They have not taken responsibility for it at all or even pay back the money i paid for them to do it...
