Took puppy in to be spayed after realizing this is the only place in the area offering laser surgery.\r

Staff is very unfriendly, veterinarian has no bed side manner, waiting room is very crowded (long wait also), and 'less intrusive' laser surgery was a nightmare.\r

Biggest concern was the fact staff didn't take the time to listen to our concerns, almost implying 'it's just a dog'.\r

Dogs feel pain too!\r

Opted to visit a different veterinarian for suture removal, even though this was included in the price of surgery. Don't have the heart to put her through the chop-shop.\r

PS, Spoke to a co-worker whose dog was neutered during the same week. Dog developed a serious infection and had an overnight stay in 'paradise'.\r

Disappointed every step of the way!\r

BTW. Our puppy says thanks for the ringworm, Lakeside!
