As a contractor, I have sent many of my customers to Ferguson over the years. They have a beautiful showroom and carry all of the top of the line products, so it is definitely worth checking it out. I have had issues with clients telling me that the staff can be rude and aloof, and you need to set up an appointment in order to be given personal attention from the sales staff.
