We have been fighting with Jay and Jared Miles since July. We contracted with them after doing our research for a $5600 concrete job. They no-showed and rescheduled three times. The final time they didn't show up for over two weeks. We tried to call and left many, many, MANY messages. They didn't have the courtesy to even call us. We finally had to hire a different company who had the work done in a week. Miles still owes us $2300 dollars. They do not want to refund us the money because they don't think we did are part and didn't try hard enough to contact them. Not only did we place HUNDREDS of phone calls, but we also posted notes on their business address door (which is actually a home). If you are looking to throw money away, send it my way instead of hiring Jared and Jay!!!
