Texas Land & Cattle in Arlington, TX is a very cold restaurant. The bar area leaves a lot to be desired, including the ""teeny weeny martini glasses!"" Don't try the quail or the enchiladas. Quail were too LARGE - enchiladas were COLD. To serve anything with cheese you have to serve it on a VERY HOT PLATE in order for the cheese to stay melted. We will not go there again!
