That Invitation Place has absolutely gone down the drain. I've been going for many years ever since the sisters owned it. Now that there is a new ""owner"" it has definately changed. Orders are always a mess, their prices are insane, the employees are rude & you can tell by their attitude that they are not even sure themselves of what they are saying which is reflected on your order once picked up. Super unorganized! I would not recommend to this place to anyone at all ever again. Friends and I used to love it there, none of us go anymore. There are a couple of other stores around Miami where you will find amazing invites and have a wonderful staff experience.
