Beyond disgusting is what I called this chain of supermarkets....take a peek at the hand carriers and how filthy they are....the meats are kept out for weeks on end. Sometimes I go in there to buy chicken that has a date two weeks ahead on it.\r
I don't know how they stay in business. The staff is rude. The guy behind the meat counter on 9 th avenue was slicing me 1/2 pound of brisket. He proceeded to package it up and I saw him throw the remainder of it out. I decided to open up the sealed package he gave me only to find 1/3 of it was edible and the remainder was fat. That describes the moral or care I suppose. When you work in filthy disgusting surroundings you become filthy.
