Recently purchased tires & wheels with roadside assistance and extra warranty from E. Washington St. store, had two defective tires,went back to correct problem and was told my cars alighnement created the problem and denied assistance. Went to car manufacturer and was told because of the oversized tires that were wrongly installed by Tire Barn, my alighnement was a problem, thanks to Tire Barn, I had to purchase two more tires by another tire company & re-alighned. I then contacted managers at head office in Anderson to resolve this matter correctly and was offered to replace one tire or $100.00. My expenses intelled a whole lot more. Would not recomend Tire Barn at ANY location, not even for lawn mower tires. Management should know the difference between right and wrong, but only a name tag is required.
