I have used this company unfortunately two seperate times in two years, and both times were a disaster! They do not show up.. I took 3 days off of work on both occasions and both times the tech had a family emergency. They don't call, and don't show. The are completely rude and show no empathy to your problems. I was told I had to use them through my home warranty company and both times they have been a disaster. I had a dryer a year ago that needed repair. They did not show THREE times. Then when they did they said they could not work on it because of the brand.. Time wasted! I waited THREE weeks for a repair. Now I have another appliance in need of repair, am told I have to use them again. I am thinking a year ago may have just been a fluke and unfortunately the same thing has happened again. I am getting a complete run around with the receptionist Nikki and Arlan, and have tried to talk to the owner and there is no one that cares.. I have been lied to repeately and am at their mercy for a repair. I am easy to get a long with but these people are THE WORST service in town! The tech made a huge mess in my kitchen, asked me for a towel, burned my floor, left water everywhere, and did not fix my problem. It has again taken three weeks for a repair, and when I have complained to the staff.. they just say ""it is not their problem"". Please do not use this company!! If you have a home warranty refuse service with this company. They are untrusworthy, liars, and should not be in business. I am not sure how they are able to keep their doors open with this kind of service!! Insist on your warranty service through another company.
