No one speaks English there! They never get reservations right, the area is just terrible. I even found insects in my room, they wouldn't even give me a discount! The cleaning staff has a nasty attitude. If you are going to stay here DON'T STAY ON THE 2ND OR FIRST FLOOR! Stay on the 3rd floor and nothing but. Don't expect them to understand you because all they speak is Mandarin and they give you attitude for not speaking their language. Other than that SOME rooms are nice and clean. The TV sometimes doesn't work. Dirty movies are shown, so it isn't family friendly. The only good things about this hotel is that it costs 60 dollars for one night and some rooms are decent, other than that it is horrible.
