Wow where to begin. Instalation was a goose chase. Then they accidently tripple charged me the lump sum $347.80 I called several times every one I spoke to was very nice and appologized for the mistake. I would get off the phone and nothing would get fixed my checking account is still in the negative it's been 2 weeks. I had a guys extension # so he could further assist me and he will not return my calls. I don't know why I was never rude to anyone on the phone. I am frustrated big time. poo on you comcast cable. I'm broke because of you.
