DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Top Hat Dry Cleaners is aweful. They used to be really good for a while then they began going downhill. In the past 1-2 months, I have had 3 pieces of clothing come back either damaged or dirty, they don not follow instructions such as no creasing, etc, and the service is aweful. If you looks at the reviews for the Great Hills Store as well, I had the same experience. I left numerous messages both at the store and their main location for the owner (Jody) to call me back, even threatened to have my attorney call them, and still no phone call back about my damaged shirt. This has been over 2 weeks now. There are much better dry cleaners around, and I would recommend not using Top Hat. They damage clothes and do not take responsibility for it. Check reviews for Great Hills location too... I noticed people have posted there too.
