I drove 2 hours to the store because I was told over the phone that they had a male crested canary and a non crested female. After getting there in person, they have 4 non crested canaries and the lady does not recall having had the crested male and ""I have been here all day."" What a waste of time and gas. Then the guy comes up, not Willie, but some other and tries to sell me a parrot. I repeatedly told him that I like the songbirds and not the squawkers. Even after this he kept telling me about the amazons, maccaws, and cockatoo he had that would be weaned soon. Yeah...they are pretty birds, but please listen to the customer when he says that he likes, keeps, and raises small songbirds. I felt pressured and left the store without buying anything for the thought he would come back to provide more pressured customer service.
Pros: Good parking
Cons: Store sits in a shopping center I probably would not visit after sunset because of loiters
